On January 23rd, we gather in circle with ceremonial cacao to intentionally open the Year of the Horse — a year of movement, momentum, courage, and trusting the path ahead. This ceremony is an invitation to slow down and listen, so that your next steps are guided by the heart rather than habit.
Through ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, and intentional reflection, you’ll be supported to soften into your heart, connect with your inner truth, and align your energy with what is ready to unfold in this new year. This is a space to set intention, reconnect with your body, and call in clarity around the direction you’re being asked to move.
Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine that supports emotional awareness, presence, and connection. No previous experience with cacao or ceremony is needed — simply come as you are, open and curious.
