🎉 Senior Vaccine Event 🎉

Calling all CISD Seniors! It's time to get caught up on vaccines before college. Join us at Carevide School-Based's Senior Vaccine Event on May 5th.

📅 When: Monday, May 5th (during the school day)
📍 Where: Commerce High School
👩‍⚕️ Who: CISD Seniors

✅ No need to attend: Parents are not required to be present. Students will be briefly pulled from class to receive their vaccines and return promptly.

📄 Consent Required: Be sure to fill out and return the consent form to the school nurse by Monday, April 15th.
