Trauma Informed Yoga

Led by Ronda Diegel, PhD, LP

During this workshop, you gain a better/deeper understanding of trauma as well as learn how Trauma Informed Yoga can aid the process of healing from trauma. The workshop will end with a half hour Trauma Informed Yoga Chair Yoga Practice.

Workshop fee: $30
