About the event

Journey Through the Chakras

Join Claudia in this 2 hour workshop where you will dive into the Chakras. There are 7 main energy centers (chakras) in the body. You will learn how each one is unique and important. In this workshop you will not only learn about the chakras but experience the chakras through movement and sound. There will be a one hour informational session followed by a one hour yoga and sound healing practice.
