A nutrition seminar with Andrea von Behren

I recently attended a nutrition seminar for my continuing education entitled "Changing how we feel by Changing what we eat". The crux of this 6 hour seminar educated us on the connection between our brains and our gut. I decided the information was so important and fascinating that I wanted to consolidate it into a one hour summary and share it with all of you!!
