Color Me Calm

oin Jamie for some meditative coloring!

Coloring can be considered a form of meditation as it encourages focusing on the present moment. By actively picking out colors and following the design on the coloring page you are intentionally directing your attention to the present moment, letting go of distracting thoughts. The repetitive motion of coloring can have a calming effect similar to rhythmic breathing in yoga and being creative is therapeutic.
Coloring pages and markers/colored pencils and beverages will be provided.
