Intermediate Sourdough Class

Join us for our Intermediate Sourdough Class this Sunday, October 5th from 2-4 p.m. for $30 per person. This class is a continuation of our previous Beginner Sourdough Class. If you are interested in this class and need a sourdough starter, one can be purchased for an extra $10 by calling our store at 830-428-8161.

Come early and enjoy Shelby's Cafe's fresh and delicious sourdough sandwiches and treats! Our store will also be opened to shop our new inventory and treasures!
