Yin Yoga for Shadow Work

As the moon slips into her darkest phase, we’re invited inward.

This gentle Yin practice offers a safe space to meet the parts of ourselves we often keep hidden—our “shadow.”

Through long-held, supported poses and mindful breath we soften the body, quiet the mind and welcome every aspect of who we are with compassion.
