Carpenters...Once More - Kim Dickinson’s Carpenters Tribute Show.

Cafodd tirwedd gerddorol y 1970au ei diffinio gan gymysgedd unigryw o roc meddal, pop a cherddoriaeth leddf. Ychydig iawn o ddeuawdau a lwyddodd i ddal yr ysbryd yma mor effeithiol â’r Carpenters.

Mae Kim Dickinson, ochr yn ochr â Mark Busell ar y piano, yn ail-greu awyrgylch eiconig ac amrediad tonaidd y Carpenters gwreiddiol.

Roedd y Carpenters, wedi’u harwain gan y brawd a’r chwaer Karen a Richard Carpenter, yn enwog am eu sain unigryw, llais cyfoethog contralto Karen a threfniadau soffistigedig Richard. A chaiff y nodweddion hyn eu hail-greu’n berffaith gan Kim a Mark.

The musical landscape of the 1970s was defined by a unique blend of soft rock, pop and soulful melodies. Few duos captured this spirit as effectively as The Carpenters.

Kim Dickinson, accompanied by Mark Busell on piano, recaptures the iconic atmosphere and tonal range of the original Carpenters.

The Carpenters, led by the sibling duo of Karen and Richard Carpenter, were known for their distinct sound characterised by Karen’s rich contralto voice and Richard’s sophisticated arrangements. These characteristics are beautifully reproduced by Kim and Mark.
