Are you an academy player or you have what it takes to withstand our intensive training and you are living in Conwy County Area or nearby?
Come and join us for our High level academy programme, 1 session of 75 minutes a week.
WHEN?
- Every THURSDAY 6:15 pm -7:30pm
Where: Eirias Park, outdoor pitch and indoor, Colwyn Bay
( will communicate the exact pitch ongoing weather depending)
THE PROGRAMME:
A specific programme that incorporates ball mastery, technical development, body-weight and band’s strength & conditioning, balance work, speed, agility, quickness and reaction, tactical awareness & decision making, small sided games and much more.
We aim to help and prepare players at the higher standards for them to dominate their game and be in tip top throughout the season with their respective clubs.
Price :
£ 15 per session.
Each session will be of a small group up to maximum 12 players, two coaches, to maximise the amount of repetitions and advice for each individual player.
