Lamb Arancini - Creamy risotto fritter filled with lamb and local veggies
Focaccia 'Bolognese' - Local artisan focaccia topped with a rich, slow-simmered Bolognese
Braised Osso Buco - Slow-braised beef shank with buttery potatoes and local mushrooms
Chef Taus' Tiramisu - Decadent tiramisu dusted with rich cocoa
