Westgate Wags and Whiskers returns for the third tail-wagging year on Sunday, September 14 at the Masonic Lodge, 2925 W Broad St. from 12-4 PM! This event celebrates Westgate’s love of all pets, whether they are furry, fluffy, or even feathered or scaly!
Come and browse more than twenty vendor booths and take home goodies like a new bow tie or bag of treats for your pet. Help support local rescue groups and learn about their volunteer and adoption programs. You might even find a new best fur friend! Stop by the “Bar-K” for a pup cup or leave a note on the Always in Our Hearts Rainbow Bridge Memorial in memory of a beloved pet.
The popular Pet Pageant will be back for a second year. Mycroft, the 2024 winner is ready to pass on the crown. Your pet could be taking home the title of “Westgate’s Super Sidekick 2025”!
Be sure to pick up a pack of tickets for the Red Rover Raffle. With prizes like $100 gift cards for the Final Cut Steakhouse at Hollywood Casino, a unique crocheted afghan made by the Westgate Fiber Arts Society, a dog-themed quilt donated by a Westgate resident and items from local businesses, the Raffle will help raise funds to benefit local pet charities.
