The Gyrotonic Wingmaster Course

Please join me in Columbus, OH for the first Wingmaster course on the east coast since 2019.

In this 3 day course you'll learn 100+ exercises using the Wingmaster, in seated, standing, stepping and squatting positions.
You must be a certified Gyrotonic trainer to attend this course. This course satisfies the requirements to renew your Gyrotonic license and your Gyrokinesis license if you have both.
