We’re shutting down Broadway for FREE trick-or-treating — that’s right, Uptown businesses will be handing out candy along Broadway! Bring your little ghosts, goblins, and superheroes for an unforgettable afternoon of sweets, smiles, and Halloween fun! 🕸️🦇🎃
