Sound Waves: Outdoor Yoga with Ambient Sound

Join us for a 60-minute yoga flow designed to connect breath and body, enhanced by hands-on assists to deepen your practice and bring alignment into focus. This immersive experience will be guided by live ambient music, weaving sound and rhythm into every movement.

We'll close with a 30-minute savasana sound bath, allowing you to fully surrender and integrate, surrounded by soothing tones, harmonic resonance, and birdsong. This is an invitation to slow down, soften, and be held — in body, in sound, and in space.

What are Yoga Assists?

Yoga assists are a powerful way to deepen your practice—not only do they support proper alignment, but they also help you access new levels of release, openness, and awareness in each pose. Thoughtful, intuitive touch can bring grounding, expansion, and a sense of being truly seen and supported—and yes, they feel amazing. Every person will receive hands on assists if they choose. Yes/ No cards will be given, you are welcome to choose to opt out.

Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you need for comfort during extended rest - eye pillow, your favorite cozy blanket, etc.

In the event of inclement weather, we will move inside to the studio space.
