🏉 Rugby 101: All Genders, All Welcome, All In 🌈 12pm-2pm

New to rugby? Perfect. Queer, trans, straight, questioning, loud, quiet, bold, or just curious about rugby—this is your invitation to learn, play, and find your place.

📍Rugby 101 is July 26 at Stockbridge Park 10am-12pm or 12pm-2pm 🔥

✅ What to bring & wear:

Water bottle

Athletic shoes (cleats optional—see below!)

Athletic shorts & a comfy athletic shirt

Light snacks if you need an energy boost

Eat beforehand so you’re fueled and ready!

👟 Thinking about cleats? We use soccer cleats in rugby, but they are not required for Rugby 101. If you want to buy a pair, we recommend trying them on in person—people often need 1–2 sizes bigger than usual. We'll go over cleat fit at the event, so bring questions!

No experience needed. Just bring your full self—we’ll bring the fun, the tackles, and the support. Because we can’t win without you. 💖
