The evening begins with grounding rituals and intention setting, followed by a mantra and mudra activation to ignite your inner fire. Move through powerful breathwork and a steady hatha yoga practice rooted in the masculine virtues of strength and stillness. Then surrender into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra journey—“Awakening the Inner King”—followed by a vibrational sound bath.
