Monday Night Sound Bath with Guided Relaxation

Monday Night Sound Baths are for you to begin the week ahead intentionally - and journey inward, zen-out, meditate, rest, or just vibe to the transformative, blissful sounds of crystal bowls in a peaceful, candlelit setting.

WHY?

Mondays are often challenging as we move our focus from the freedom of the weekend to the demands of the workload of the week ahead. The weight and concern about world events can compound our feelings of ungroundedness and uncertainty. It becomes easy to lose our center, take on heavy thoughts and emotions, and give our energy and power away to others and external circumstances.

Please join us tonight from 7:15-8 PM - for this weekly offering designed to lift you, the community, and this world up through self-care and energetic recharge.

If you are new to sound baths, give this a try and see for yourself how transformative sound can be on your mind, body, energy, and spirit.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Please bring you... and a comfortable mat +++ optionally, a blanket, pillow, eye-covering - maybe a journal if you are inclined. There are additional cushions, bolsters, pillows, and poufs available to make your "nest" as comfortable as you like.

DETAILS:

When: 7:30-8:30 PM - Space opens at 7 PM - please arrive by 7:20 as we go deep quickly.

Where: 433 West Broad St, second-floor atrium. (Enter through SOW TO GO if necessary.)

Parking: Street parking or the adjacent LAZ garage (60 McDowell Street).
