Master Puppeteer Tim Lagasse with Mike Larsen

MIKE LARSEN and TIM LAGASSE have been close friends since working together on the cult-favorite kids show Crash & Bernstein, where Mike (The Tonight Show, Drew Carey Show, Ellen, 2 Guys & a Girl, Real Time with Bill Maher, others) served as the show’s Executive Producer and showrunner, and Tim (Sesame Street, Muppets, Chappelle’s Show, Howard Stern, Between the Lions, others) voiced and puppeted “Crash” the lead character.

This show is a new partnership, a work-in-progress they hope to take to international festivals. It includes Mike’s inciteful standup and social commentary, honed over decades as a top touring headline comedian, paired with Tim’s adorabaly weird puppet characters (like Ohio’s comicallly-combative congresman Jim Jordan), and an other-worldly demonstration of hand-shadow puppets that simply must be witnessed to fully comprehend.

The highlight, though, is when Larsen & Lagasse grace the stage together, improvising with multiple puppets and the audience to create a one-of-a-kind show every time.

There are two different performances: a 7:00 FAMILY SHOW, suitable for 12 and up, and a 9:00 NIGHTCLUB SHOW (under 18 requires parent or guardian). Tickets are $20 per show, with an opportunity to see both for $30.

These shows are unlike anything Hashtag has produced, and not to be missed. Buy your tickets early.
