PLEASE NOTE: The building has been vacant for some time, and there are no utilities hooked up. Conditions are a bit “rustic”. Bring a bright flashlight, and please leave your kids at home.

Payment in full is due day of auction within 15 minutes of close of bidding. No buyer’s premium if paying with cash, 5 % buyers premium for credit card payments. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Removal is day of auction until 4:30 PM, and Thurs. and Fri. May 15 and 16 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
