Learn About Kombucha

Todd Pedersen will explain how to brew kombucha at home. Kombucha is fermented tea and can be found in the health food section of our local grocery stores. There will be a limited amount of SCOBYs (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) that is the kombucha "starter" available to take home for those adventurous enough!
