July New Moon Restorative Yoga and Soundbath

Join Andi Wesley and Nova Dean, two yoga and wellness practitioners who identify as disabled individuals, for a special evening catering to the disability healing journey. July is Disability Pride month, as the Americans with Disabilities Act was signed into law in July of 1990. On this New Moon, we invite you to self-reflect in a space created for healing. Celebrate your individuality, acknowledge and honor your body's needs, celebrate the opportunity to release and receive with others like you. Bring a yoga mat and pillows, blankets, yoga blocks, headphones, any props that will make you as comfortable as possible and accommodate your body's specific needs as we will be holding restorative yoga postures for several minutes at a time. Nova Dean is a talented energy and sound healer with a lifetime of musical experience and a deep connection to Spirit. Receive healing vibrations from their singing bowls, gongs, and instrumental improvisation. Andi Wesley is a passionate yoga teacher and energy healer, dedicated to helping those around her remember the magic that lives inside in their bodies. Relax and unwind as she guides you through an easeful gentle yoga practice.
