Introduction to Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the sister practice to Yoga. It is known as “The Science of Life”. Joanie will share how to keep the body and mind healthy through diet, herbal, and lifestyle remedies which are most valuable in supporting our health.
As part of the workshop, you will receive extensive hand-outs provided as ongoing resources for this valuable lifelong practice of health and wellness.
