Fall Farm-to-Table NJAS Dinner

Mark your calendar for Thursday, September 25, as the New Jersey Agricultural Society hosts a special evening at Johnson’s Locust Hall Farm in Jobstown, NJ. This farm-to-table celebration will feature fresh, locally grown food, great company, and a warm tribute to the spirit of New Jersey agriculture.

Chef Zach Melker of Toscano Steakhouse has crafted a menu that captures the very best of the season — think creamy Jersey artisan burrata with honey nut squash marmalade, mezzi rigatoni with local chicken sausage and roasted broccolini, and entrées ranging from braised short rib with rosemary polenta to Viking Village tilefish in a corn chowder sauce.
