I am planning to attend Goodguys Rod & Custom Show
I would like to extend an invitation to those interested in a collaborative road trip to this event.
To facilitate coordination, I propose the following:
* Open Route:
This trip is designed to be open and flexible, we will be traveling along public roads so anyone can join the convoy at any point along the route.
* Designated Meeting Points:
All meeting points will be in publicly accessible locations, truck stops and rest areas along the route, to maximize participant convenience.
* Event Meet-Up:
Upon arrival at Goodguys Rod & Custom show, we can arrange a designated meeting point and time for those who participated in the road trip.
* Initial Starting Point:

* Route and Timing:
An established route, including scheduled meet-up points with estimated Departure times to facilitate joining along the way.
* Cruise Communication for Goodguys Rod & Custom show:
* Zello APP:
To enhance communication during our cruise to Goodguys Rod & Custom show, we will utilize the Zello application. Zello provides a real-time, walkie-talkie style communication platform.

We encourage all participants to download Zello and join the designated channel prior to the cruise. This will facilitate seamless communication and ensure everyone stays informed.

For enhanced visibility and coordinated group movement during convoy travel, the following procedures are recommended:
* Continuous Headlight Illumination:
All convoy vehicles should maintain headlight operation throughout the journey. This practice facilitates easy identification and integration for participants joining the convoy en route.
* Designated Meeting Point Protocol:
Upon arrival at designated meeting locations, convoy participants should secure parking and activate hazard lights. This visual signal will clearly indicate participation in the convoy to arriving members.
