Conjugate Tactical Coach's Course 25-11

Join us June 7/8, 2025 for our Annual Coach's Course at Westside Barbell HQ. This two day course is the OFFICIAL application of the Westside Methods presetned by Conjugate Tactic for coaches and athletes alike.

Within the two days, those in attendance will be educated on the fundamental elements of the Conjugate System / Westside Methods and how these principles are applied to the meet the military and first responder's physical demands.

In addition to the lectures, attendees will be instructed and invited to participate in a practical block of instruction convering the fundamental barbell and kettlebell movements (Box Squat, Sumo Deadlift, Bench Press, Sinlge Arm Kettlebell Press, and Deep Hinge Kettlebell Swing) used within Conjugate Tactical.

*Your instructor staff will remain on site to answer any and all questions as needed, though we will aim to conclude at the 230pm timeframe respectfully, to allow for travel / return trips.

The weekend will conclude with an extended class on program design, Q&A, and course evaluation.

As always- coaches from previous courses are welcome to return at no cost, though we do ask that a donation be made to a charity of your choice, The SSG Matthew Pucino Foundation, or The American Cancer Socity in any amount you see fit.

The cornerstone in all we do is our community. A social hour at the end of Day One will be organized in time- designed to allow those in attendance to train with and discuss training with some of our most successful coaches and atheltes wthin the tribe. (Details to follow)
