We are so excited to light up the corner on Wednesdays this Summer!! May we present to you the Community Arts Night hosted by World Peaces - right in the heart of Clintonville at High and Dunedin.
Mingle with friends and new friends while being creative or just come for inspiration, that's great too.
There will be drumming instruction by Mamady Mansare of the African Cultural Arts Institute from 5 to 6pm at World Peaces. Drums will be provided - or just come sit on the patio and listen to the rhythms your community creates. We are honored to have Mamady and his team join us this summer!
Then from 6 to 8pm head up to Global Gallery for their Open Mic and listen to your community create beautiful tunes, or share yours! And also join in the fun making a craft with fair trade materials hosted by World Peaces staff.
Your favorite BBQ folks, Ma Bui's (pronounced Ma-Boys), will be grilling up their legendary chicken and more - and drinks will be provided by Vitalitea, Columbus' newest up and coming concept in bottled teas! Come give these two small family owned businesses a warm welcome to your Fair Trade Corner!!!
