Backpack Blessing

Students, teachers, professors and all education related staff members bring your backpacks!

9:15 - Breakfast Bar Opens
9:45 - Short program of offering thanks for students, staff, and teachers at Brewer Elementary and hear of two volunteer opportunities to serve children at Brewer.
10 - Children, youth, and parents can visit renovated children’s spaces, and the youth room to learn about plans for formation this fall. Adults can hear from Rev. Grace about Adult Formation plans. All morning small note cards will be available to write notes of blessing and love for our students and teachers as they begin a new school year.
10:15 - Place your backpacks around the altar
10:30 - We will offer prayers of blessings for students, teachers, and education staff during this service.
