Budtenders are the some of the first people medical cannabis patients get to speak with about using cannabis as a medicine. It is vital that you are ready to communicate with whoever walks through that door. Many people from the Deaf community are customers in Ohio dispensaries. Making an effort to communicate clearly, instead of reaching for a pen and paper every time, can make a huge difference in customer satisfaction.

LOCATION INFORMATION:

The Event Center at the Columbus Botanical Depot is located on the corner of High St and Pacemont Rd. It is a separate space from the store front. You can ask a store employee for directions if you cannot find your way.

PARKING INFORMATION:

You may park in the designated spots in the parking lot behind the Columbus Botanical Depot, OR park curbside in the neighborhood off Pacemont Rd., OR park at Sherwin Williams across the street from the Columbus Botanical Depot Event Center.
