Join the library in trying it before you buy it - we'll provide the equipment and access to videos so you can try the latest trends before you fully commit! You just show up to have a good time and get in a great workout.

March 2, 9, 16, 23 - Stepperton, as seen on TikTok with Julius Burphy (it's like Sweatin' to the Oldies for Millenials, we decided)

March 30, April 6, 13, 27 (no class on Easter) - Wall Pilates

In May (7, 14, 21, 28) we'll switch to Wednesdays at 6:30 and participate in Pound with the CJ's own Ashley and Daniela!
