Ride, Run, or Brick

You are invited to join the S.E.T. Adult Team for a Adult Team Ride, Run, or Brick at Columbia Gateway Drive.

Coach Henry will coordinate interval running sessions or do your own thing and go for a long run or ride.

We will set up an Adult Only bike rack by 530P before the Youth Team practice and start breaking racks down around 7P when Youth Team practice ends.

The racks will be set up in the youth team parking area behind the Columbia Duathlon course. Adults will depart from the parking lot side while youth athletes practice in the Columbia Duo lot so that youth and adult team bike courses do not overlap. We’ll have plenty of coaches and parents to keep an eye on bikes while you run.

Approximate GPS location is: 7142 Columbia Gateway Dr (You must continue on in parking lot once you pass this address).
