Come home to yourself. This three part event is a dedicated space to decompress and unwind. You will move to melt tension, write to calm your mind, and create a sacred tool to fortify your intentions.
This month, Tending the Roots will focus on building boundaries and practices to protect your peace and vitality.
Your Journey Includes:
· A 60-Minute Somatic Yoga Practice: Gentle movement & intentional breathing to release stored tension and regulate your nervous system.
· Guided Journaling for Boundaries: Reflective prompts to clarify what you wish to protect.
· A Ritual Craft: Decorate your own protection candle with dried herbs & flowers—a tangible tool to take home and anchor your practice.
Leave feeling more grounded, protected, and deeply connected to your inner peace.
Space is limited to preserve intimacy.
Tending the Roots is a monthly gathering that uses somatic practices to bring the body and mind into balance. All social interaction is optional—you are free to participate in a way that feels safe and comfortable for you. This is a judgment-free space designed to be a sanctuary for neurodivergent, Black, and queer folks. All are welcome who respect this intention.
