Sound Bath

Let's have our best year ever!

Doesn't matter what's happening "out there" when we can manage what's "in here". Learning to relax and ground is essential. Join us for a fun practice.

You can sit in a chair or bring a yoga mat and soak up healing sound waves.

There will be singing bowls, chanting, and tuning forks. We will also offer you a handout and a chakra chanting practice you can do to keep yourself in balance for the new year.

There will be chocolate for grounding!

$30 cash. Located in person at 103 W Broadway Street, Columbia, MO.
