Prenatal Yoga Pop Up

Join Katie for a pop-up prenatal class that is designed to make you feel as comfortable as possible, while you're doing the ~oh so amazing~ work of growing a human.

The class is for all-trimesters with meditation, pranayama, and gentle and mindful movements that will support your pregnancy.
No experience necessary but please consult with your doctor before signing up.
