Patuxent Commons Neighbor Recruitment Meeting

#HoCoAging is co-hosting a Neighbor Recruitment Meeting next week at the East Columbia 50+ Center. Potential residents can explore how they can help build an inclusive, connected neighborhood at Patuxent Commons, a new housing community coming to Hickory Ridge this fall.

This intergenerational apartment community—inspired by a model from the Autism Society of Maryland—offers both affordable and market-rate units for older adults, adults with disabilities and families. Patuxent Commons is designed to support independent living and foster meaningful connections in #HoCoCommunity.
