Mindful Birth Prep

Abbey Bartley, Birth Doula and Monique White, DC are teaming up to offer recurring events during which pregnant families can come to find community, learn from various experts in the field, and ask questions. It is a free educational event in a small-group setting, designed to help families learn about birth and pregnancy topics.
