Jarod Roll, Kinder Institute professor of Missouri history & constitutional democracy and professor of history at the University of Missouri will discuss immigration. Co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Columbia-Boone County. (Note: this month's topic was changed from "Ethics in Government.")
