Kids Bootcamp Ages 7–9

Kids Bootcamp is a brand-new program designed to help kids get active, build confidence, and have fun!

Participants will explore the basics of fitness in a safe and encouraging environment with a certified instructor.

Ages 7–9 will focus on cardio, jump rope, and light movement games—learning to enjoy exercise through fun and play.

Each session is capped at 10 kids per age group
