Jump Start: Empowering the Next Generation

There are kids in your community, but why aren’t they interested in coming to church? Connecting with and engaging younger generations is a common challenge for churches, especially those in small communities with more than one faith-based organization. Or, maybe in your context, your church has some kids but can't seem to grow the kids or youth ministry. Either way, this Jump Start is for you.

In the first Jump Start workshop of the fall, NextGen Ministries leaders will share answers to these common questions:
• How do I get started in NextGen Ministry when we don’t have any kids or youth in the church?
• How can I connect NextGen Ministry to the larger life of the church?
• How do I move from leading the NextGen ministry to leading the NextGen ministry volunteers?

Each month is a stand-alone essential workshop geared at jump-starting a ministry that needs new life. You’ll leave with practical advice and solutions that can be immediately implemented in your ministry context.
