The Horizon Foundation is working alongside the community to address structural racism and improve health outcomes in Howard County — and we need your voice at the table.

You're invited to a Community Workshop led in partnership with Marketing for Change. This interactive session is designed to elevate your expertise, experience and local knowledge to guide our next steps in this important initiative.

• Collaborative exercises to gather your input and ideas
• A chance to help co-create strategies that support racial equity and better health in our community
