Join Maury Alliance on Monday, July 14th for a comprehensive grant writing workshop for nonprofits with Patrick McElhiney.

During this workshop Patrick McElhiney, Director of Grants at Columbia State, will provide an overview of the grant writing process and equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully secure funding. Some of the topics covered include:

Patrick McElhiney, a dynamic and dedicated professional, serves as the Director of Grants at Columbia State, a position he has held with distinction for the past five and half years. In this role, Patrick has played a crucial part in the college's success by securing just under $10.8 million in new grant funding, showcasing his exceptional skill in navigating the complex landscape of grants and funding opportunities.
A true local, Patrick is a native of Williamson County, Tennessee, where he developed a strong connection to the community from an early age. Despite his roots, he has been a proud resident of Maury County for the last 18 years, contributing to the growth and development of the region he now calls home.
Patrick's commitment to leadership and community service is exemplified by his participation in the prestigious Leadership Maury program. He is a graduate of the Class of 2021, often regarded as the "best class ever." This experience has undoubtedly enriched his understanding of community dynamics and strengthened his ability to lead initiatives that make a positive impact.
Beyond his professional achievements, Patrick McElhiney is known for his approachable demeanor and collaborative spirit.
