FUNdamentals of Aerial Flow

In this fun and beginner-friendly aerial workshop, you'll learn the foundational techniques for using the hammock for aerial flow practices. We focus on safety, building trust in the hammock, and guiding you through each pose with confidence. This workshop includes mindful sequencing to warm-up, stretch the body, and prepare for an inversion that will create space between the vertebrae. Benefits include increased flexibility, core strength, and spinal decompression. No previous aerial experience is required – just come ready to explore and have fun in the hammock!
