Join fellow shop owners for an engaging roundtable discussion focused on real-world issues and collaborative problem-solving. Each participant is encouraged to bring one specific challenge they’re currently facing—whether it’s staffing, workflow, technology, or customer relations. We’ll also explore broader high-value topics as time allows, including improving shop workflows, addressing training needs, and building more profitable operations.

Even if you don’t have a specific challenge to share, your input is valuable. A key goal of this session is to identify common training needs among members to help guide future chapter support and development opportunities.
