Sound Bath Sutton Village Hall

Sound baths and instruments have been used in many cultures for thousands of years. They are an immersive experience, used to help relieve stress, tension and improve sleep.

The resonant sounds from the instruments activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for regulating heart rate and breathing.

As rhythmic frequencies wash over the body, they trigger the release of feel-good chemicals, dampen pain signals, and bring about a sense of relaxation, balance, and well-being.

Gentle vibrations take you in to a deeper state of consciousness helping you detach from external stimuli and allow brain chatter to quiet down.

You may even fall asleep!

Please arrive 6:45pm to start at 7pm.

Dress warm and cozy, bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
