Pilates and Sound by Candlelight

Join us for a sumptuous and soul nourishing 2 hours of self care. A 45 minute stabilising, mobilising and strengthening Pilates practice followed by an immersive, deeply restful and releasing sound bath.

Afterwards we will share a mug of warm Ayurvedic herbal tea and a slice of something delicious and nutritious.

Spaces are limited to 15 people and are £25 per person.

The event is by candlelight in the beautiful setting of St Peter and St Paul’s Church Knapton.
