Come and explore the magic of natural dyes in this hands-on, creative workshop held on our peaceful alpaca farm. You'll be working with our own gorgeous alpaca yarn and a selection of foraged and sustainable dyes 🌼🍂
✨ What you’ll do:
• Forage for dye plants
• Learn about mordanting (essential for lasting colour!)
• Make dye baths from scratch
• Overdye using my indigo vat
• Dye 6 skeins of our beautiful alpaca yarn to take home
• Mingle with our friendly alpacas
My workshops are small and relaxed, with everything provided – including a homemade lunch and plenty of tea & coffee. You just need to bring an apron and your enthusiasm!
