About the event

Ladies Basic Self Defence Course

Come along and join us in the Clubhouse at Trimingham House Caravan Park for an hour and half ladies basic self defence course. For just £10 per person, the session will be focusing on basic techniques to help women protect themselves. All abilities welcome, minimum age to attend is 12+

Please note - the Clubhouse and bar are not open to the public
