Following @rialedicia having a successful day retreat at Brightside in early August. Many clients have asked her to return on a regular basis. Here we have the first of these 2 hour events, which we hope to hold monthly on a Sunday evening.
These sessions support individualsready to embark on or deepening their healing journey.
Designed for those seeking meaningful transformation, they help release emotional pain, trauma and limiting patterns- creating space for greater freedom, love and alignment.
