On Saturday mornings, we gather our ingredients (musicians and variety of instruments), we find our recipe instructions (sheet music and scores), we listen to guidance from our Chef (our MD David Fitzgerald), we work through the cooking process (our rehearsal sessions) and ultimately, we welcome guests to our table (our audience) . . .
