Indian Head Massage was introduced to the west by the osteopath and massage therapist, Narendra Mehta. In the 1970’s he came to London to train as a physiotherapist but was disappointed to find that massage, and especially head massage, did not feature greatly in this discipline. Even when he learned body massage, the head was still not treated as part of the routine.

You receive certification to enable you to gain insurance to offer Indian Head Massage.
